My favorite L.A. radio station is trying a new format on Wednesdays where they are playing nothing but album sides on vinyl! I'm so excited to hear that hiss and scratch coming from my radio, and it's probably only going to be the classics at first, but so far it has been a great day. Something reminded me today of the first day of the L.A. riots in 1992 and how close I actually got to being caught up in the flashpoint of the riot at Florence and Normandie on that day (I don't know the date, look it up). It was a while back when I heard of the possiblity of it closing but I just saw an ad on tv saying 'Now that Magic Mountain isn't closing...etc.". Anyone heard about this, what happened to save it?

This is what I was doing Saturday night; it's hard to explain adult puppet show without the video! Great time, all the performers were grand at the Il Coral.
